toghether. Some thoughts from me.
1. Good personality is very important. such as: you are good team player,
good communicator.
You can display that from your LOR. such as 4 LOR; 3 from MD, 1 from your
coworker or BOSS to show your personality. We have this problem since your
direct boss is not MD, he can not say anything about your clinical skills,
but he can talk a lot about your personality.
2. Passion
Show your passion in IV, PS and LOR.
