•Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
•Medical School Transcript
•Letters of Recommendation (LoRs)
•Photograph
•ECFMG Status Report
•USMLE Transcript
•Postgraduate Training Authorization Letter (PTAL) or “California
Letter”
•Fifth Pathway Certificate
