I did not matched into a program last year.
I decide to attend 2013 match agin. Can I still use the reference letters I
got last year? Or I have to have the doctors write me another one with
updated date?

You can use the old letters if you would like，but it may be better if you
have recent letters. Some programs mention on their websites that they
require letters from the recent six months.
