Axial CT without Contrast.
Left frontoparietal decompressive craniotomy is noted. There is large area
of encephalomalacia at the level of right centrum semiovale and focal area
of encephalomalacia in the right frontoparietal lobe cortex. The sulcus
pattern is blurred in right frontoparietal lobe cortex. A large collection
of CSF is also noted beneath the dural of right hemisphere.
Prognosis: Not good.
