they have a whole list of interview questions. All are made up by an
interview company. They even record our answeres. Scary. Although I
interviewed at some commercial companies in Shanghai, so a little familiar
with these questions. But all typical questions for commercial enterprises.
Like are you a team player or an independent? How are you handling with
colleagues when they have problems with their work. There is not a lot of
programs like this. They actually changed their style, they used to be very
