很多program neurology resident on call要cover数个hospital,驾车奔波在数个
hospital之间。做neurology resident要physically and mentally strong, be tough
。所以面试时要展示你的干练坚强不怕苦的个性。这是CMG立足于neurology的基本，也
是很多neurology喜欢CMG的原因。我知道有AMG进neurology后嫌太苦而转专业的，也有
印度同事一on call就panic attack,最后经过几个月的修养还是无法恢复正常工作而
quit的。也有CMG朋友被neurology复杂的人际关系被迫quit的。不是劝退，个人觉得
neurology对CMG是个很好的选择。只是要做好充分的思想准备。祝今年申请neurology
的朋友一切顺利！

Did you apply for those programs in east coast espeaically in CT, MA.
usually it is extrmely difficult to get iv from a transitional program.
However there are some which are not that competitive. There are some IMGs
in those transitional programs.
