1. Treat match interview seriously and be fully prepared. Do no be positive
and happy too early when you get a couple of interviews.

1．Begin Volunteer as soon as possible to get connection with other people.
2．Externship is must.
3．Spend some money to revise your PS to make it very impressive.
4．Join a match practice group before match. Study previous match experience
together.
5．Smile, be confident, greet everybody during your interview
Atalanta:
1.Do not try FM PMR if you are not fresh graduate.
2.6-month externship is a must for some PD.
3.Connection, connection is very important.
好像是从今往后的match会对CMG越来越残酷，所以，大家抓紧时间。
Emma讲的很深刻，从更长远的角度告诉我们match这件事。个人以为，心态最重要，就
像有人说生活不可能像一个桌子四角齐全，你一定会或者牺牲家庭，或者事业，或者亲
人朋友，或者健康。所以，Emma最后一句话也是我的观点，什麽双赢，四赢的，最后谁
