First write everything you want to show down, review again and again,
Ask others to review but not many (too many suggestions confuse me)
Better ask experienced people to review,
3. Show how much effort you put in, responsibility, unique characteristic
, eg: interaction with pt, 细心，责任心，幽默，激情，
4. 不要华丽的词汇
5. 紧扣临床，可以说specialist， 但是不要回去做basic research 可提
research，国内clinic experience, but not too much
6. 不要老套故事，不要网上copy
7. First Aid for match 不同科的PS, 按时间顺序， 倒叙比较冒风险
8. 商业公司出的东西比较类似，且与你的风格不相配
9. 不同的科， 不同的PS
10. 如果在大学，医学院有service 可帮着medical student 修改PS |
