形势严峻。
不过，在2010，还是有许多州的住院医位置多于 医学生 数量：
许多州的
For the 2009–2010 academic year, 27 states still had more GME positions
than they had undergraduate medical and osteopathic students to fill them;
the states with the highest ratios of GME positions to medical graduates
were Connecticut, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York, Michigan
, Washington, Utah, New Mexico, and Oregon.
住院医申请的时候可以重点考虑。

不吸引人了。所以还是IMG自己打自己，自相残杀。 |

of grads to 21000.

如果Obamacare从2014年开始实行，原来没有保险的很多穷人们，有了保险，会开始需
要很多医生...觉得这对于IMG来说应该是利好消息。
所以医学院扩招，我觉得并不奇怪。但是不太理解为什么住院医的位置没有增加?

医学职业的
路肯定是不好走，但是总是比博士后好一些。如果在国内读过医学院，在美国就值得一
搏。
