补充。
Yan: Family — First time meet with the patient, ask for point of contact in
the family. update the family daily (efficient)
Update the team about the patient’s progress (team coordination)
consult— call in the morning, as soon as possible
Finish to do list before going home
Pony: 讲了很多精彩的故事。 nurse— 满足reasonable request 的同时不能损害病人
的利益。早晚班跟护士update 一下。
搞清楚rotation, 在rotation开始前跟chief, resident自我介绍。
How to run a code? Prepare and be ready.
Procedures: PIV, ABG, pap smear.
二饼医生 survival secret: 不要出错，尤其是前3 个月。 Intern 就是秘书的工作，
打杂 抄抄写写，服务态度要好。Respect people。跟护士关系要做好。
10 diseases 要弄得滚瓜烂熟: asthma attack, COPD exacerbation, Pneumonia,
chest pain (second), CHF (first), Acute kidney injury, drug overdose/ （
alcohol withdrawal）, stroke, DKA, GI bleeding.
