发帖数: 276 | 4 Means someone in that program wants to switch as well. Resident leaves
program in the middle of the training, which is something program hates. It'
s because program may lose the funding for that spot next year, once there
is a empty spot left. This also can explain why programs barely fire PGY2
or higher. However, if you can find someone who is willing to exchange with
you and both of you are good candidates, the whole thing will become much
more easier.
