I am off cycle and have 7 months left for my residency. Now I am putting
together my CV and start job search. I am asking for advice on what to put
in my CV. Do I need to write a little bit about my rotations during
residency and skills, or just simply residency with date and specialty?

You may write something about your procedural skills. But I only added the
clinical training into my old C.V.
C.V is not so important for a physician.
