Step 2. Click on Picture on the left top(file，edit，view, etc), Choose
resize.
Step 3. On the right, change the size to 1024 x 768 or something like that.
Click OK. Then save it as a new file with a new file name. You must save
it or you'll lose the new file.
在bbs，找到附件，点击添加附件， 把新照片upload就可以了。
