接IRS NOTICE, 欠$13,500, 10天内交,否则罚, 俺W-2报税,根本不可能搞错, 找俺CPA
去问, 说俺应有$4500退税,但IRS送了一$18,000支票, 所以又欠$13500. 回说俺没收到
支票, 说支票一般要6-8周后再发.敢情先给一空头支票, 再罚俺利息.CPA说他能搞定.
支票取消,$4500照退.好事多磨, 三天后又IRS催款信,罚款10%又加上了,再问CPA, 说那
日期比电话早,别理. 又三天,IRS 又来信, 这次$13500 不要了,但$4500也没了, 还欠$
400税.
今天俺不信那邪, 自己打IRS, 非得整明白. 不打不知道, 原来IRS也让老印接, 态度不
错,就口音重,自抱LAST NAME 根本记不住, 每问一问题, HOLDON 5分钟才回答. 原来那
钱整到人家身上去了, 还好支票未开(6-8周DELAY 也有好处). 也怪俺粗心, 有一
1098FORM SSN 是错的,那么多对的不用, 偏用一错的. 按印大叔说法,都改了,在家等
CHECK就行.
折腾了一周,还得掏利息, 因$18000注销是2周后(按IRS 日力), IRS 利率是PRIME+4%,
所以丢了$20.
想想医院也一样, 碰到有些医生, 病人就得多付钱做无用的test,procedures | s*******1

different company, and IRS sent me a notice to pay the taxes. My accountant
told me she has to redo the tax when I get the documents from the 401K
company. Luckily, I just needed to fill out the form with evidences of the
transfer .

it is the reality in USA. It happens a lot when I am in frozen call. The
surgeon brought the specimen for margins, common questions:
Q: what does the patient have?
A: a mass
Q: Any specific diagnosis?
A: Some kind of cancer
This is an academic center I am talking about. another common scenerio in
frozen room:
P: this is a granular cell tumor
S: what?
P: repeat
S: Is it benign or malignant?
P: ??
S: repeat the question
P: most benign, rare cases of malignant
Nowodays physicians are too speciliazed, like modern days drivers cann't

没杀过猪,肉还是吃的不少.有一阵整天找prognostic markers, grant没拿到钱,因为病
例太少.
我倒是劝您老,没事回国转转还是不错的.

人家说，没有位置，就是有位置，也要先给留日本的。现在有位置的，都是二线甚至三
线的城市。比一比工作环境和待遇，我们还是决定留在美国继续我们无聊的生活，至少
，我们每天忙的高兴满足，就行了。去年看到AMA的广告上有招人的，在上海，那种专
门给外国人看病，要求有美国license的，心动了半天，最后决定，还是继续观望。

一个商学院教授说他的临街房子要被充公，因为政府要在附近改建。给他补贴的钱很少
。他说他根本没尝试去打官司。
和医院的收费部分斗争也没脾气。我还在等医院把多收的几百刀还给我呢。

去专门给外国人看病的医院还不如呆在这儿
中国机会很多但水太深, 没心理和物质准备, 不仅鞋湿, 裤子湿, 下半辈都得搭上. 俺
认识的从欧洲回去的, 栽进去了
