可以让医生重新claim一个其他的code试一下，如果他们不知道claim什么code，可以联
系保险公司进行指导。
可是这个医生态度很不好，坚持说她用的code没有错，也没有别的code可用，让我通知
保险公司反过来联系她。她说她用的是measles：V73.2；rubella：V73.3；smallpox：
V73.1。
请问版上的医生们，这个医生说的code，跟保险公司说的code是一回事么？向保险公司
claim的时候真的就不能改么，还是可以重新选一个code来claim的？多谢。 | p***w
发帖数: 24 | 2 Your doctor probably need to resubmit the claim. The question is whether the
diagnosis codes (as you listed) are invalid or the procedure code (the 5
digit code next to the service date) is invalid. Usually your insurance
company and doctor should work it out by themselves. In your case, since
your doctor is not very nice, I would contact the insurance company again to
find out which code(s) are invalid, and try to get the valid code from them
. Then contact your doctor and have her resubmit with the correct code.
Finally try not to go back to that doctor in the future. |
