But I have a bad feeling as you mentioned. Some tasks can be done by nurses
in private practice.

EPIC死活说medicare不能批，大家折腾了4个小时还是搞不定

发帖数: 1542 | 5 botox连我觉得都不能批准，还用得着折腾四个小时吗？一秒钟搞定。
要学会节省时间，能简化步骤，尽量简化步骤。能快干就绝不浪费一分钟。
我就是秉着这个原则，一年发十几篇journal/conference文章的。。。

We lost a lot of money on Botox. You may think you can get reimbursement
after the precert but not. So now I request patients to get the Botox from
pharmacy themself. No drugs, no injections.

when everything is centralized. Basically, paper chart is phasing out. |

发帖数: 5094 | 8 没觉得，很多病人的details都没有了。以前dictation的时候，看看note都能想起病人
的一些小细节，感觉很人性化。现在EPIC模板一上，大家都一个样.感觉就是买菜去
walmart, trader joe's & whole foods 的三种选择 :D

发帖数: 1542 | 10 Neuro should write a letter to the patient's insurance company and show them
how much money the hospitals was paying for other various treatments. Neuro
should state that Botox would greatly reduce the amount of money that the
insurance company had to pay out for the patient. In other words, Botox can
significantly reduce the total spending of the insurance company on this
patient.

equally treated) so that physicians do not have special feelings on certain
patients. I guess.

epilepsy for sure.

definitely much faster for follow up. when they first started, they upload
everything before the patients are even here, they hired hundreds of people
working overtime to complete the charts. it;s crazy that you have to upload
everything.
I only review medications with patient, other parts i just click review. |

injection fee. However, if you order the botox and insurance refuses to pay
, you lose money. Pre-certification doesn't guarantee the reimbursement.

人生，不要太辛苦了。找个好老公，是最重要的。

ur RN, or MA need to put the all informations. Make sure the information u
put in is correct. Especially the medication, including the dose and the
route..ortherwise u need to correct it anyway when u refill the meds..
I do not like the template personally. It makes everybody likes the same.
I got the dragon.. Make my letter more personally..
