治疗和研究。要求第一年要有24篇文章发表，3年后可能拿到impact factor.

journal without IF? Do you have the connection or know ppl in the field to
invite to submit manuscripts? You need to have a plan. | l******3
发帖数: 78 | 3 I know it is hard and I need a group of people. If each member of editorial
board can contribute a paper each year (it doesn't need to be a complicate
one and can be in different forms such as review, comment or case report,
etc), we should be able to make it. After 3 years, when we get an impact
factor, things would be easier.
