After read Aplus's case I checked uptodate, here are what I learn
1) Three major risks for CPM: severe hyponatremia <120, duration of
hyponatemia, and overly rapid correction of sodium level. Your patient has 2
-3 major risks already
2)patient usually present the neurological symptoms 2-6 days later, your
patient might present a little later that 6 days. I guess that why it
happened after discharge
3)MRI presentation of can be delayed to 4 weeks later
4)In case overly rapid correction happened, re-lowing sodium level might be
