还是坚持等明年进入specialty之后再看看有啥机会,考试难，match难，match上之后还
是很难， anyway thanks! |

reputation (your co-residents and attending will be certainly upset and
frowning. The world is small, trust me). The record will be there forever
and you may need to explain it every time on your job interview.
But there are always outliers and successful stories

Fairly common. Very acceptable if for family reasons. You will need
recommendation letter from current PD.
But you do need explain that all the time when applying license and job
position.

one resident, but so? As long as you can find one program to go.
