有心血管这方面的毛病。我妈一直精心控制他的饮食，现在血脂很多年来基本都正常的
了，但血压一直不是太好，高压140，低压经常120之类的，一直吃药控制。但到了冬天
，他经常会头痛，有时候泡热水澡会缓解。这是不是高血压造成的呢？
也换过控制血压的药的类型，但好像没起到作用。
我父亲现在快50，他去体检，心脏也是比以前差些，说是心脏壁增厚之类的，这个我不
太懂，我知道心脏变差了是不可逆的过程，像这种情况应该怎么办呢？

pressure, likely 2nd to volume issue. Make sure on good diet, weight loss,
and consider to add diuretics.
Left ventricular wall thickening, or remodeling, is related to his long
history of uncontrolled HTN. The major issue is to control HTN, please
consulting with his doctor, adjust medications. Likely he also has diastolic
dysfunction, consider fluid restriction.
Headache could be due to many causes. His headache can not ruled out 2nd to
elevated BP.

understand what hypertension means.
I believe hypertension comes with tension headache when the patient
complains of headache and the headache is related to the elevated BP.
Signicant high BP can also increase ICP(causing headache) because of higher
MAP and cerebral blood volume.
I totally agree the headache could be something else.

发帖数: 75 | 4 同意楼上。头疼是不是高血压造成的很值得怀疑。你老爸高血压那么多年，家里总该买
个血压计吧。头疼的时候量一下。不高的时候也疼那就不是血压的问题。从逻辑角度讲
，疼的时候血压高，也不能肯定是血压的问题。另外，降压药换来换去，也会导致头疼
。到底怎么回事，去专门检查一下比较稳妥。
原发高血压这东西，光靠药是不行的。饮食你们已经控制了。烟酒也要戒。还有好多生
活习惯的因素。随便就举出好多。睡眠，是否足量，是否优质，是否熬夜。精神压力，
上班时候紧张咱管不了，如果下了班8小时以外，还有一堆事纠结，血压好不了。不行
退休算了。还有性格，直接影响交感神经兴奋度等等。锻炼身体倒是次要的，每天保证
正常步行超过1小时，不健身也不是大事。这些占7成，药物只占3成。

100-140那样，低压挺高的，医生说感觉不大好，
后来也没有吃药或者食疗之类的，这两年莫名好了。
这种情况算是什么回事？ |
