Jennings患得是psychogenic dystonia，治疗方法是psychotherapy，但有些非执照医
生却借题发挥，使用一些非常规治疗，什么高压氧什么的，根本没有任何科学依据。
因为临床上有很多这样的精神病，表现却非常像真正的疾病， 这些病人经过所谓的治
疗或许短暂有一些改善，有的可能暂时不复发，这些病人实际上就是一些非常规医学的
生存土壤。
歪打正着的事不仅仅发生在alternative medicine，对西方医学一知半解的西医同样会
犯同样的错误，尽管结果可能不差，但诊断根本就是错的，病人也为此付出金钱，身体
和精神的代价。
我还记得有一家医院引进了一个海归，好像在美国神经外科学习了几年，带回去了
gamma knife技术，电视报道他回去后就给一个病人做了gamma knife，治好了那个病人
的“狗叫”。 天知道那个病人是不是另一个Desiree Jennings？ |

google。这个医生用的是chelation therapy，所谓的detox，他从来没有用过高压氧。
也没有任何报道Desiree Jennings被用高压氧治疗过。 |

发帖数: 297 | 5 再给大家一个科普，医疗上使用的高压氧舱不是是个人就能买回家搁那玩儿的，毕竟一
百万不是个随便能拍出来的数。在美国，只有14个condition能够报销，要是病人的病
情不在这14种病里，医生是不会让进chamber的。在中国，off list的各种自由发挥是
存在的，但是你这个例子是在美国。

Allegation of Complaint: Rashid Ali Buttar, D.O.; License # 9500528
Nature of Complaint:
The physician mailed a quantity of transdermal DMPS medication that the
physician himself developed to the parents of an out-of-state pediatric
patient without first personally examining the patient which is a violation
of the Medical Practice Act. The physician also provides a number of
treatments to cancer patients that have not been proven effective by
randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trials. The North
Carolina Medical Board is concerned that the physician's cancer patients may
have unrealistic expectations regarding the efficacy of the physician's
treatments.
Action Taken-Consent Order
The physician has been issued a reprimand by the North Carolina
Medical Board.
The physician shall provide an informed consent to treatment form
approved by the Board to all patients.
The physician shall obey all laws and all rules and regulations
involving the practice of medicine.
