看完这篇报道，有种说不清的感觉。

假如他得到了及时的帮助，悲剧会发生吗？
由此想到，假如那些晚期心脏衰竭，大面积脑出血及卒中的患者， 在更早的时候知道
，这些都是可以预防的，结果会是怎样？
然而，这个国家是消费占GDP 70％的国家，事情或疾病发生的越多，解决相关问题的消
费就越大。提升消费，符合国家利益需要。
为什么预防为主很难成为基本国策？
难道是预防做的好， 事情或疾病的发生减少，结果会影响到消费，继而影响GDP与国家
利益？ |

LZ政治觉悟真不是一般高啊，从某一事件一下子就能上纲上线到GDP与国家利益的高度
。。。
TC那些可预防的悲剧好像要比“这个国家”多多了吧。。。至少“这个国家”不会明明
知道患者病危却还一定要他们先去缴费才施手救人吧。。。 |
