直稳定。但是，近半年以来，CA19 持续小幅度升高，最近4次检查，从2个单位升到5－
6个单位。CEA 一直稳定。全身CT 也没发现什么。本来打算做PET，医生说这种情况恐

normal (false negative) in many cases, or abnormally elevated in people who
have no cancer at all.
2. CEA is mainly used as a tumor marker to monitor colorectal carcinoma
treatment.
3. CA19-9 is mainly used for screen of pancreatic cancer.
