肿的不是很厉害，
分泌物很多。
上眼皮压迫时有疼痛感。
下午五点左右才注意到，
去药店想找些红霉素眼膏之类的，
居然没有发现有抗生素的。
请问，
明天必须去看医生吗？
还是星期六也可以？
有没有地方能买到国内那种眼膏的地方啊？
再有，需要约眼科专家还是家庭医生？

does not make difference from no treatment. However, you do need take
hygiene measures and use OTC eye drops(like artificial tear) to clear the
eyes.

当时报着不要空手回去的想法，买了瓶
multi-action relief drops.
有
polyvinyl alcohol 0.5%
Povidone 0.6%
Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride 0.05%
这瓶药水也可以吗？

The most common reason for pink eye (conjunctivitis), is viral infection,
which is like common cold, takes 7-10 days to get over with. no need for
antibitics, OTC artifical tear will be ok, just for comfort. The eye drops
you mentioned, might be ok, but the third component is a vessel constrictor,
I would not use it. Just plain artificial tears will be fine.
If the discharge is mucopurulent, yellow and thick, then it might be
bacteriar infection, anitibitics drop/ointment will help. Those are
prescription medication, not available OTC.
If you have decreased vision, you should see doctors. To be cautions you
should see ophthalmologist (MD), not optometrist (OD), although both claim
themselves as "eye doctor".
Experienced PCP is ok too, but most PCP will just prescribe you an
antibiotics eye drops they he/she is familiar with, no matter you need it or
not, :).
