现在有AstraZeneca的新药Iressa, 还没通过FDA药检，不过已经在PhaseIII试用阶段
对某些病人有奇迹般效果，虽然范围可能只有10-15%的人有效
而且一旦服用，就可能要服用终生，每年费用是3000$
研制这类药品的公司还有Genetech, Imclone等
