most of us will experience more or less during the life in US. I suggest:
Physically: exercise regularly and eat more veggies and fruits.
Mentally:set both big and small goals for yourself and reward yourself once
you finish the goals. Try to relax and talk to friends or do a variety of
acitivities to broaden the scope.Do something that you really enjoy........
In a word, be happy and healthy!!!
