more than primary and simple conditions such as hyperlipidemia or hypertension
should be treated under doctors' close attention. Because complications and
comorbidities are very common. For example of your case, is the artery
stenosis of the kindey or of carotid (颈动脉)? Your father should have
hypertension and how severe it is? Does your father have atherosclerosis (动脉
粥样硬化) also? How about some kidney related symptoms?
