you can go see your doctor next time when you have it. it usually gets milder
over time because your immunity against it improves with each exacerbation.
it is not something you can totally get rid off. and it always comes when you
have stress. one thing, when it 流水, don't let the liquid touch any wound,

medicine, called 'Abreva' cold sore/ fever blister treatment. 这个可以大大缩短
康复时间．稍微有点贵，大概＄１２－１５左右。
前面有人建议补ＶＢ，可以试一下。对我还挺管用的。
