doesn’t have much difference. They are all eligible to do a physical exam.
You can just call the doctor’s office to make an appointment for an annual
physical exam. But you need to ask the secretary whether the doctor accepts
new patient and tell her/him you have XXX insurance, ask them if they accept
it. I know you get the name from the list, but it might not be up to date.

remember read some principle to select PCP somewhere, FYI:
1. close to your home or office, convenient in location
2. affiliate with a major hospital, convenient to arrange referals when needed
3. big practice with at least several other physicians at the same site, so
you can be covered when your PCP goes for vacation.
4. don't choose those who are too busy, so that you can easily make appts
within a week
