通俗的说法就是: deep clean / 深度清洁.
想问一问做过的人:
1)做完麻药失效后,疼吗?
2)可以一次全部做了吗? 还是一次做一半比较好?

depends on how sensitive you are, typically some pain during
cleaning, but should be gone shortly after.
normally each time they do half.

the pain is minimal according to my experience. the problem with cleaning
all in one session is, usually cleaning half takes 1 hour, so if you do both
sides together, either you will open you mouth for 2 hours, which is
uncomfortable for you; or the nurse will speed up and not doing a thorough
job.
