1、Annual Out-of-Pocket Maximums: $3000/insured person/year
2、Lifetime Maximum per condition: $250,000
究竟哪一个是保险公司能cover的最高限额，原来以为是第一个，但不知道out-of-

如果out-of-pocket是我have to pay，为什么还会有maximum的限制？
