再有，这个冬天，温水游泳池，一游泳就感冒。大家都泳衣+浴巾，别人都没事，自己
也不觉得冷，结果一回来就感冒，屡试不爽.60多岁，平时很注意锻炼,请问这是怎么回
事？

The english name is GOUT. The american medicine is Qiu Shui Xian Jian, but
it has some ( a lot) side effects.
Don't eat foods with high purin any more, if very pain, chinese herb is

for acute gout exacerbation, any NSAIDS include indocin or colchicine, and
even steroid(either systemic or local injection) would help, long term wise
allopurinol, avoid alcohol, things like that, but no allopurinol in acute
phase as it might get things worse,

For chinese herbs, it is hard to find sth like Huo Xiang Zheng Qi or Gan Mao
CHong Ji, etc,
Famous doctor in Beijing is Zhou Nai Yu, google first, you will find some
infor, she treated Zeng Qing Hong's brother's gout,It was very hard to get
registration, I don't know the situation now.
By the way, the Gout is Fu Gui Bing, hehe |
