发帖数: 155 | 1 爷爷得了这个病，年纪已经八十多了，去年夏天发现的时候那个黑色素瘤长在脚面，后
来切除了以后愈合的还不错，今年年初发现转移到上半身，小黑点开始从腋下长然后分
散长了不少，前段时间在医院化疗一段时间，效果不是很明显，因为身体比较虚弱，有
肺气肿哮喘，经不起化疗，家里人也不想老人太痛苦，所以前两天听说给接回家了，不
知道版上有人了解这个病的么？还有什么办法能让老人延长生命但是减少些痛苦的？多

发帖数: 303 | 3 This is very aggressive disease. And his is already in advanced stage. there
will be very limited things you can do. Survival rate for advanced stage
melanoma is really low. One good thing is, though, melanoma, is one of only
two (the other is kidney cancer) that does some time will have spontaneus
recovery for unknown reason, maybe due to immune attack on melonama cells.
But the chance for that to happen is of course extremely low.

段时间上身的黑点控制住了，没有再长，但是老人身体特别弱，不知道还有什么办法能
增强老人抵抗力的？

there is one therapy in nci. (check this: http://www.cancer.gov/newscenter/pressreleases/MelanomaGeneTherapy)
basically he used immune cells to attack melanoma and shows some progress.
his results have been published on science last year. however, it is
difficult to get this type of therapy in china. the only good news is, as i
mentioned, immune system does some time can control this type of cancer.
also, you may ask doctor for interferon or IL-2, they may also sh
