Calcium salts generally have low solubility in water. Calcium citrate is
more soluble than calcium carbonate, but has less calcium content with the
same weight. If I were you, I may choose calcium citrate with vitamin D (200
U or 400 U) and ask you mom take at least one tablet 2 times a day. | d******u
