信，说在我的尿液发现trace血细胞，吓得不行。以前从来没有出现过这样的问题，体
检前前天晚上失眠，不知道是不是原因。现在还没有开始工作，还没有保险，暂时不想
去医院检查，花销太大，身体上也没有感觉任何异常。请各位学医的或有这方面知识的
人答复一下，这会不会是身体有大的问题? 谢谢！ | f******I

if it's only microscopic hematuria alone without any symptoms then it's
probably nothing, but if there is proteins or casts in the urinalysis then
you need to work it up further,
common things causing hematuria include urinary tract infection and kidney
stones, or something more serious like nephritis,

There is no protein in the urinalysis,but I do not know what you are
referring by 'casts'. I post the Urine Dipstick Results here, and would
appreciate it very much if you can make a dignosis based on the result.

发帖数: 769 | 5 casts are active sediment in the urine that often indicating certain
diseases such as glomerulonephritis,
the list you gave did not have any microscopic analysis such as showing if
there is/how many epithelial cells, red cells, white cells and such, but
dose appear that there is no protein which is always a good thing,
if there is no casts and no proteins then it's pretty bland,
it's cloudy and amber colored then it might be pretty concentrated when you
gave the sample,

发帖数: 383 | 7 你这个好像不是镜下检查的结果，而是仪器检查的结果？
如果是仪器检查，说有少量blood,未必就是血红素，也可能是肌红素，后者有时候是剧
烈运动引起的。要确定是哪种，需要镜下的结果，你可以要求的。
ph是5？有点偏酸，需要多喝水。还建议你多喝cranberry juice,当然最好是低糖的那
种。
