160, that was not custom made and the fit is terrible, I heard the boil-n-
bite kind is terrible too. The one I just ordered is similar to what my
dentist try to offer:

to use up my flexible spending this year. From the Amazon review, the users
are quite satisfied with what they have, claiming the fit is comparable to
