每年可以存up to 7500，一般可以用到第二年的5月（取决于你公司的计划），没用完
的充公。
可以用来付health/dental insurance的copay, deductible, out-of-pocket expense
，medicine. 还有out-of-counter medicine, 牙齿矫正，眼睛激光手术等等，具体看
irs website（OTCs).
