your age? any medical history such as diabetes? are you on medications?
one way to look at it is by measureing orthostatic blood pressure and heart
rate, starting by lying flat, then sitting, then standing up, about 3-5 min
apart, to see if there is any significant blood pressure and heart rate
changes moving from lying to standing, this might help you to determine if
your dizziness has anything to do with your blood pressure,

medication either. That is why I want to see doctors. But have no idea what
specialty it is.

the cause and refer you to the right specialist

作学习压力太大，没时间吃饭，胃口不好造成的。
