I took my son to see some eye doctor after I noticed he sometime took the
book very closed. Since we have eye insurance, so I took my son to see this
in-network doctor where my husband and I had bought glasses before, and
provide my insurance info before we see the doctor. When I checked out,
nobody mention any additional cost need to be paid by myself.
my husband and I have bought glassed at this eye center two years ago with

cover NOW （policy may change from year to year） and (2) did they deny
coverage request from the eye center for any reason?

print out my policy and since it's VSP, it doesn't look that complicated, it
listed how much the insurance would cover for eye check, contact lens eye
check, how much it would cover for glasses, frame and lens, it's really
clear and simple. I don't think their experienced staff may get lost.

发帖数: 4445 | 4 OK, assuming that VSP clearly says it pays 100% for eye exams every X yrs,
and you guys fall within that category.
Then the eye center's statement "you only had minimal coverage" is too vague
. Need to ask them specifically who much they charged for the exams, how
much reimbursement they got from VSP. The difference should be $216. If
the first number looks ok, and the second number less than 100%, you need to
contact VSP -- maybe they are the one that's cheating.

，你都可以看到。先去看看再说，看看到底是policy变了还是医生那边的人搞错了，觉
得搞不清楚，就给insurance 公司打电话
