我家里说我小的时候耳朵曾经发炎还有过脓。。。现在左耳依然耳鸣，而且听力有所减
退。有人是这方面的专家吗？医生说我现在还年轻，不过可能过些年，情况会恶化，不

which is better than neural hearing loss. It is more likely related to ear
infection than excessive volume. Find a neurologist and it may not be as

. Actually I do check this when I was in China. However, at that time, the
doctor said that he could not identify the reason and there is nothing he
can do about it. I just have to get used to ear ringing. He also told me
that many people have this problem for their whole life and I just need to
live with it. Hopefully the doctors here can fix me. Bless myself......

发帖数: 499 | 6 看前两个图，感觉像耳膜穿孔,或者是耳硬化（otosclerosis）。特别是左耳。这两种
情况的pure tone图通常都是在2000赫兹那里重合的。
引用我的教材的几句话：
1. 耳膜穿孔：
In general, if a perforation causes a hearing loss, it will be a mild,
conductive hearing loss （正好是你的情况）。
Regardless of type, most perforation heal spontaneously. Those that do not
are usually too large or are sustained by recurrent infection （你说你有中耳
炎史，所以可能与这个有关）. In such cases, surgery may be necessary.
