appendicitis mostly present with right lower quadrant pain, with significant
rebound and guarding, associated with fever often,
gallbladder is in right upper quadrant,
diverticulitis is often in left lower quadrant,
pancreatitis is often epigastric with radiation to the back,
but in general abdominal pain is quite difficult to diagnose,
