bioavailable it is when taken orally. But if it is, other nasty stuff like
prions might get in too.
IMHO people with normal immune function don't need it. For those who have a
medical need, they should at least consult their doctor.

First, as tsiaojian said, immunoglobulin is a protein and it is subject
to digestion in your gut. Immunoglobulin is indeed used clinically, but
they should be injected.
Second, you probably heard of swine flu, bird flu etc. Every species
are subject to a different set of microbe infections, and their antibody
will be quite different as well. With that in mind, what expectation
can you have for cow antibody for immune system?
Third, just a little concern about safety. 3 |

supplements, because FDA does not require clinical trial since they are
not drugs. Good clinical trial is very expensive. If no FDA supervision
present and no regulation requires clinical trial, two things will happen:
1) there will be no trial at all or 2) company sponsors a trial without
supervision, which would of course lead to a conclusion that the company
want.
