发帖数: 174 | 1 老爸经常做噩梦，大喊大叫，整个屋子都听得见的那种。
有一次他在房间里睡觉大叫，我还没睡，就推门进去看他，他在里面依然在梦里，伸手
边大叫边关门，还从床上滚了下来，把我吓坏了。后来他醒了，说梦见抓小偷。我们在
中国的家曾经进过2次小偷，一次爸在家，一次他不在，不过那是很多年前的事了，可
是爸爸老是做噩梦抓小偷，不知道这是不是病，有什么治疗的方法吗？
还有一次他又大喊大叫，还出拳，结果打到墙壁上，把手都打破了。
在这边经常发生这种情况，可以说每周一次或以上吧。我妈说他在国内的家里也会这样
的。
我有时候觉得他是不是白天太压抑了，晚上才老是在梦里大喊大叫的。
老人家也不会去看心理医生，我该怎么办呢？ |

is having nightmare or is it your intepretation of his behavior?
Different things can happen during different stages of sleep, and medication
can change sleep patterns to some extent to minimize the stage of sleep
that is associated with odd behavior. However, if your father is not
bothered by the problem, you really shouldn't be bothered either. |

他如果当时醒了的话就会记得，通常都说是梦见在抓小偷。我就那一次推门了，他在梦中关门应该是跟我推门有关。通常我们就什么都不做。
如果没事当然好，我就不用worry了。可是我觉得这么频繁的做噩梦是不是有什么心理问题，对健康也不好吧。每次听到他大喊大叫都觉得他很压抑的，有时还在梦里哭。所以来问问。要不要吃点什么安神的东东。

wake up because of nightmare. It can be daytime stress related. Since part
of normal aging is diminishing of REM sleep, it should go away over time,
given that daytime stress can be alleviated. Multiple medications diminish
REM sleep, and can be used to treat this problem.
Somnambulism, also known as sleep walking, on the other hand occurs in stage
3 and 4 sleep, during which people have no memory of. Another associate |
