觉得腰椎那里猛的疼了一下，到了晚上就已经疼的腰直不起来了，今天第二天了还是这
样，没见有多好转。
求助一下自己能做点什么？ 如果去医院应该看什么科的大夫啊？ 一般的医疗保险对这
种能cover多少啊？

be any treatment other than pain management. You can use OTC pain killer
like motrinor Aleev. There is no need for bed resting, and do whatever you
need as long as you can tolerate. It will take about one week before you
feel better, and it may take months for the pain to completely go away.
If you have numbness in your leg and foot, incontinence or fever, you may
need to see a doctor. Otherwise, you can treat yourse

受伤的时候很明显地感觉是腰椎骨那里疼了一下，而且现在第二天腰还是根本就无法直
起来，走路都困难，如果只是肌肉扭伤会这么严重吗？

The most important thing is to look for neurological deficits, ie weakness
not in your back, but in legs and feet, as well as urinary, fecal

另外想问下，PCP是家庭医生吗? 有没有必要一定要给自己固定一个家庭医生? 还是偶
尔需要看医生就去下像insta care这种医院就行了？各有什么利弊啊？

发帖数: 4054 | 6 你要是能针灸就针后溪和曲池，我上次也是跟你类似的情况（平时久坐有时要不舒服，
有一次搬东西把腰闪了，一点也动不了），就扎了曲池，带针做腰部的运动，1-2天就
好了。
另外，你可以去walmart/walgreen等药店买back brace戴上，会缓解很多。

An accessible and good PCP is 100 times more helpful than instant care.
This is really the beauty of American (or I should say western) medical
care system.
Just a side note for Ekiden - on offense really,
but a recent clinical trial suggest that back brace has no beneficial role
in the recovery of acute lower back pain. I am not saying that you cannot
try it. At least it is harmless.

现在感觉就是腰不能怎么受力，包括坐直或长时间站立，不知道睡硬面的地方会不会能

发帖数: 4054 | 10 不知道你在什么地方。可以打电话给你保险公司，问问有没有acupuncture的医师。
其实针灸并不难学，别人给你扎一两次后，你就可以自己买针（一次性的）自学了。我
就是这样学的。
戴上back brace腰就不怎么吃力了，立刻见效，快去买吧。
