是今天也没有好转，下午开始持续发烧，浑身发冷。刚刚给他吃了退烧药(泰诺)，睡下
了。
如果明天烧还不退的话，我打算送他去医院，但是我们来了美国这几年除了牙诊所从来
没去过其他医院，所以想求助大家，这种情况该找哪种类型的医院看病阿？我们的保险
是BCBS PPO，我看了保险的网页，有按doctor找，也有按Health Facilities找，选项
一大堆

If it is a flu, the fever will last about 3 days. Usually his fever will
respond to tylenol or motrin. He can take 2 pills of tylenol and 3 pills of
motrin alternatively every 4 hours (not together), since these two
medication work through different mechanisms.
He should see a doctor or go to the emergency room if fever above 104 cannot
be controlled by OTC medicine, fever more than 5 days, breathing difficulty
