specialist那儿复查，最坏情况是拔掉这颗牙做implant并refund RCT的费用。牙医说
出现这种情况很少见。那么是不是RCT accident?这种情况下我们该怎么办，可以起诉

by the doctor's negligence. Even if it's negligence (as opposed to
intentional wrongdoing), by suing you probably won't get anything better
than what is currently offered.
So you should consider accepting this deal. Or if you really don't trust
him, switch to somebody else.
