Just curious, you know, we just had a one hour change,
even more, from china to USA, we change for about 12 hours, and etc, and we
need to follow the local time.

Your body has a circadian rhythm (or so-called biologic clock in chinese).
This is a developing area of neuroscience. From what I understand, a part of
your hypothalamus (下丘脑) named suprachiasmic nucleus receives signal of
day vs night from your eye and projects information to pineal body (松果体,
another structure in brain), the latter of which then release melatonin, a
hormone that regulates circadian rhythm. This is why melatonin can be found
