看些什么？老中还是老美医生比较好？
有医疗保险，年底也想做个全身检查，应该做哪些呢，有什么推荐吗？多谢 |

The first dental exam should include
* a full set of bitewing x-rays
* inspection of each tooth and measuring periodontal pocket depth
* check on the jaw (TMP joint).
Also should get a prophylaxis (cleaning) at the very least. If your teeth
are in a bad shape, more in-depth cleaning may be needed. Afterwards,
periodic cleaning every 6 months or more often is recommended.

老中牙医还是老美牙医好些啊？本人英文水平一般

$300 should cover everything (assuming your teeth are in good shape), as
most of these are done by the dental hygienist.
I have no suggestion on that. But trying to communicate & asking questions
when in doubt (e.g. what might happen if I don't have X done; what are
possible side-effects if I have Y done; what are the options for fixing
tooth Z) are the key with any dentist.
