Your LDL is near optimal, ideally < 100.
Your HDL is within normal range (40-60).
However, your ideal lipid panel value should be determined based on your
age, health history (particularly high blood pressure, diabetes etc),
smoking history, gender, family history of heart disease etc.
It is not a dangerous situation, but a signal to draw your attention.
Diet, exercise and appropriate weight control is recommended to everyon
