I am thinking maybe the food i ate cause the problem, 我以前喝很多的豆浆和
吃没有碘的盐。我以前从来不吃水果。

发帖数: 210 | 5 hashimoto's is kind immuno disease. I am not ruling out the possible
relation with your diet, but the real mechanism underlying is not well
understood.
I am not saying you definitely need to take it forever, but many patients do
. You need to chech your TSH regularly, if your TSH falls into normal range
without taking the drug for several times, then congratulations, you are "

发帖数: 412 | 6 Thanks for the info. my husband and I 's TSH both raised to 4.5 this year.
That is why is think it has to do with our diet. We are only 30 years old
so I don't what to rely on this drug for rest of my life. especially this
drug makes me gain weight.
Right now i am taking selenium 200mcg a day. Some people i read on line says
it helps them decrease their antibody. I am going to give a try for 1 month
to see if it works.
